Freezer day Results so far!

This is the first baking day that I have done--by myself. My four children are usually here to help. They left early this morning for a youth trip so for breakfast I fixed them Egg Cups, before they left.

After I got back home this is what went on in my kitchen:
.
Hashbrown and Egg casserole--didn't freeze this one, this will be my hubby's and my breakfast for the next few mornings.
.
Brown Sugar and Oat Muffins Recipe
.
Froze some bananas for smoothies---you can freeze bananas whole or cute them up--I chose to cut them up so that I can just pull them out of the freezer for smoothies, with them being frozen you will not need to use ice (which will water your smoothie down!)

Once the bananas froze I divided them into sandwich bags and then placed them all in a freezer bag.

.
Hamburger Steaks
.
Walnut & Chocolate Chip Cookies---roll into ball, then flash freeze, one frozen you can put them in to a zip lock bag---must freeze solid though!
.
Baked some chicken and shredded it for Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas and Chicken Nacho Bake

.
What have cooked so far today?

  1. I love freezing bananas. I just throw them in the blender with a little cinnamon. It's like ice cream. Those walnut cookies sound fantastic.
