POP UP ROLLS:
1 cup self-rising flour
1 T. Mayo
1/2 cup milk
2 T. sugar
Mix all ingredients well. Pour mixture into well greased or lined muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. These are so easy to make and made with ingredients that you probably already have on hand .
*Guilty confession, I love these with Goober (peanut butter and jelly in a jar) spread all over them!
These are also good for a quick breakfast served with your favorite jam on top!

Hello Everyone and Welcome to Swappin' Spoons! Years ago, I started this blog because I had asked for a Potato Soup recipe over on Facebook and 37 of my friends sent me a recipe for potato soup. 37! I instantly thought we needed a place to share recipes and immediately thought of starting a blog. I told my husband I needed a catchy name for the blog and he is the one that came up with Swappin' Spoons.

I'll have to try these rolls. Never try mayo in a bread recipe. Sounds GREAT!!! and a MUST!!! try.
