Recipe #23: Baked Oatmeal

We are on day 23 of sharing recipes for a full month! Here's a favorite in our home---Baked Oatmeal.

1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 c. oats
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. milk

*Combine all the ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake @ 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes - until lightly brown. This will be very crumbly, but don't panic(like I did); that is just how it is supposed to turn out!
*Around the holidays I also add a teaspoon of nutmeg, just to give it that holiday kick!
