Recipe #13 Old Fashion Corn Pudding


I love easy recipes! Here's a family favorite side dish in our home. I tend to only make it during the fall and winter months -- not really sure why, but by the end of the summer all the kids are asking for it and saying it's been a long time since we have had it! :)
Ingredients:1 stick of butter
1 (15 oz.) can of whole kernel corn {drained}
1 (15 oz.) can of cream corn
1 (8 oz.) package of sour cream
1 box of Jiffy corn bread mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter in 13x9 pan. After butter is melted, add both cans of corn and sour cream, mix together. Sprinkle corn bread mix over top and stir all together.

Bake for 45 minutes.
