BiLo--Yes, I did pay for Chocolate!

Chocolate is one thing that we can get for free or close to free alot---so I normally do not pay much for it. However, I printed a couple of $1/1 coupons and bought a couple of packs at BiLo; got home and put it in our vacation stash!

Here's the 411:

Hershey’s Candy Bars, 6 pk., $3.33

I was prepared to pay $2.33 after coupon, but I got home and realized that I had gotten overage ($1.50 to be exact!) so I only paid $1.58 for each 6 pack.

I bought more than just chocolate and the overage came from some other coupons--not the Hershey coupons.

*Bi-Lo has never given overage before--you can usually get the item for free but never overage. So, I am wondering if they are changing their coupon policy or if it was just a mistake in the register--anyone know?

  1. Today I went and got the Pillsbury brownies that were on sale for $.99 and had the $.55/1 coupon. My coupon only doubled up enough to make them free but $.06 in overage on 16 boxes would of been great.
