Let's get right to it--I lost 3 pounds this last week!
So last week, my husband threw the scales away; he said I was addicted to them. He was so right! I just didn't realize how many times a day I weighed until the scales were gone and I went in there to weigh (multiple times!).
I think it pushed me harder to do more at the gym, since I didn't have scales here at home--I had no idea where I was at, losing or not.
After the last month of being up and down, I needed that 3 pound loss!
