Yes, I gained at this last weigh in. This is the first time that I have gained, so I keep telling myself one gain in 8 weeks is not too bad, right?!? That's me giving myself a pep talk.
Even though I didn't gain much, I still don't like it! But it's my own fault, I'm dropping it and losing this week---another pep talk!
Here's what we had last night for dinner--It is only 5 Point Plus per cup
Italian Chicken
2 - chicken breast (baked)
1 - tsp. oil
salt and pepper to taste
3 - cans of dice Italian tomatoes, stewed tomatoes work well too!
1 can of Tomato Sauce, 1 can of water
Directions:
shred baked chicken put in pan, add seasonings, and stir together,
add tomatoes
simmer for about 10 minutes
*Serve over rice or your favorite noodles, I topped ours with a little mozzarella cheese.
We really like garlic! :)
I didn't have the other spices, so I used Italian Seasoning.
Topped it with what ever cheese you have in you refrigerator.
