Breakfast Casserole:
1 Stick butter
32-oz package of Frozen Hash Browns
1 Dozen Eggs
1 cup Milk
2 cups Shredded Cheese
2 cups or more diced ham or browned sausage; I have even used polish sausage in this recipe and it is very good!
Melt butter in 9×13in pan. Spread 3/4 of the hash browns in pan. Slightly beat eggs and add milk, cheese, meat, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over hash browns. Top with remaining has browns. Bake for 1 hour at 350ยบ if everything is thawed – add 15 minutes if not.
