Recipe: Baked Oat Meal
Weight Watcher's Version is below.
In the fall of the year, I also add 1 tsp of nutmeg to it!
Here is the recipe:
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
4-eggs
6 c. oats
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. milk
*Combine all the ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake @ 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes - until lightly brown. This will be very crumbly, that is just how it is supposed to turn out!
There are six of us and this will last for two breakfasts UNLESS my children decide to have it for an afternoon snack.
