Freezer Cooking Days - Results

I really did not do a lot the last few days, but what I did took me a while. Since it is getting warmer and we are getting more active, I wanted to do something simple...well that would make meal time simpler. So, I chopped 6 pounds of onions and put those  in the refrigerator. My husband and I like them cooked, over our chicken. Like in the next picture.

I cut up a lot of chicken and cooked half of it on the stove top. I also baked and shredded enough chicken for six meals.

One meal that I made was Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas--already eaten.

I made a couple of pans of Meat Loaf Balls. I just followed the recipe on the back of the Lipton Soup mix Package, and then added ketchup and cheese to the top of it. One pan will be eaten this week and the other one is already In the freezer.

Then I made some quick snacks for the kids.
I made Pop Up Rolls and Water Gate Salad (pictured below).

While I enjoy having a few meals in the freezer, I also enjoy cooking every evening! It is just a lot of fun. I will start cooking and the scents will start to fill the apartment and here come the kids...to help of course. It is just a fun time for us.
