This recipe was given to me by my good friend Rebekah G., from Greenville, South Carolina. This is one of the recipes (along with 36 more) that inspired me to start my blog.

Hello Everyone and Welcome to Swappin' Spoons! Years ago, I started this blog because I had asked for a Potato Soup recipe over on Facebook and 37 of my friends sent me a recipe for potato soup. 37! I instantly thought we needed a place to share recipes and immediately thought of starting a blog. I told my husband I needed a catchy name for the blog and he is the one that came up with Swappin' Spoons.

I'm going to make this tonight! It sounds sooo good. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat does the recipe mean when it says "partially cooked potatoes?" Should I boil them, fry them, bake them?
This sounds delicious. I have a huge pack of crumbled bacon so this would be perfect!
ReplyDeleteSounds very easy!! Thanks!!
