Well sickness has hit in our home, I thought we were going to be able to miss everything that is going around---but apparently not!
When my children is feeling sick, I like to give them chicken noodle soup--something my mom used to always give me when I didn't feel good as a child. And I really do not know if it's a mind thing or not, but I remember always feeling good after eating her soup!
Well, I didn't have anything to make chicken noodle soup with, and I didn't really feel like running to the store myself, so I grabbed a package of Bear Creek Country Kitchen Chicken Pasta Mix to prepare for my sweet girl.
I just followed the recipe on the back of the package and in a matter of minutes the pasta was ready!
I only needed to bring four cups of water to a boil and then add the pasta mix, whisk a little and let it cook---simple!
I also added some shredded cheese to jazz the pasta up for my girl; now she will have something hot and soothing to help her feel batter faster!
Bear Creek Country Kitchens offer seven different varieties of pasta; so there is something for everyone!
