THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW OVER AND THE WINNERS HAVE BEEN CONTACTED.
I had several and for the most part I am; however, I have wavered on a couple of them. One being trying to lose weight, I have slipped up a couple of times. If you are like me and are trying to lose weight to become healthier, you can maintain your motivation and help better your chances at turning your resolutions into lifelong healthy habits with the 30-Day Realistic Resolution Challenge from Spark People.
Not only will you get simple challenges to help you stick to your nutrition and fitness goals, like drink more water, eat more fiber...,but you will also get four weeks' worth of meal plans to help you clean up your diet and start your year on the right foot.
Gorton's sent me a couple of free product coupons, so that I could try their grilled items. As you can tell, from the picture below, I was sold on the salmon right away. We love salmon, and with Gorton's being s trusted family name, I knew I had to try the salmon!
I can have a healthy protein in a matter of minutes, (these can be cooked in the microwave or oven) with Gorton's grilled items--I would normally serve with a salad or oven roasted sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts!

My resolution for 2015 is to no longer eat fast food or any other restaurant food. I actually started this in October, and sticking to it has been much easier than I thought. It is definitely healthier and a heck of a lot cheaper.
