As a little girl I can remember my dad giving me a soft candy cane every Christmas morning. I was never given them at any other time of the year except Christmas morning.
So every year, my husband will buy these soft candy canes and the kids and I enjoy them through out the Christmas season--not just Christmas morning.
Simple, I know, but it is another memory that we are creating with our children. In a blink of an eye they will be grown and gone and I want the memories--even the simple ones.
