*Roasted Garlic & Italian Herb
*Lemon & Cracked Peppercorn
*Southwest Tortilla
*Southern Style varieties
I received some free product coupons from the company and headed over to Publix to pick up a couple boxes to try out.
My husband and oldest son needed a "snack" before everyone got seated at the table; so I chopped some of the Artisan fillets up and put inside a spinach tortilla, added some lettuce and shredded cheese--they loved it!
One child's Artisan fillet rabbit! :)
For dinner we had both the Lemon Cracked Peppercorn and Roasted Garlic and Italian Herb. My favorite was the lemon cracked peppercorn---I loved how you could taste the lemon and pepper, but at the same time the flavors were not overpowering the taste of the fish! I cooked some yellow rice to go with the fillets. The meal was super easy to make and took only 20 minutes in the oven.
