Cracked Potatoes: A Sidedish that Everyone will Rave About!


I came across this recipe (changed the name because it was inappropriate!) for cracked potatoes. This recipe is so filling, you could actually eat it by itself and get full! I recommend using the 'real' bacon bits in the packs, and not the crunchy ones....or cook your own bacon!

Ingredients:
::32 oz bag of {THAWED} shredded hash browns

::32 oz sour cream

::2 packs of Ranch powdered dip mix

::6 oz. of 'real' bacon bits...not the crunchy!

::2 cups of cheddar cheese

Directions:
::Mix sour cream, Ranch dip, bacon bits and cheese all together--mix it good now!

::Stir in hash browns; make sure everything is mixed together really good.

::Spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray

::Place ingredients in the pan, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook for an additional 20 minutes or just until the top starts to brown.
