$0.50 Bisquick Coupon Plus my Sausage Balls Recipe

We always have these on Christmas Eve in our home. These sausage ball are easy to make and taste delicious---well at least we think so! :)

Recipe:
1 roll (1 pound ) of raw sausage with sage ( I use Tennessee Pride--but any brand will work)
2 cups of shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese --I like to shred my on, it seems to mix better. (I use the sharp, because it gives the sausage balls a little kick!)
2 cups of bisquick baking mix (here's a $0.50/1 printable coupon for this mix)

*Mix everything together---you really need to use your hands to mix everything
*Roll into small balls about the size of ping pong balls
*Bake the sausage balls at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. I would place the balls about 1 1/2 inches apart.

There will be a lot of grease on your pan when you pull them out of the oven, just lay them on some paper towels to drain.

Next, enjoy them.

**Helpful side note, if you are prone to heart burn, take some thing before you eat them or buy the regular sausage, not the sausage with sage in them.
