Old Fashioned Corn Pudding


1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 oz.) can cream corn
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

Melt butter in oven-safe dish. Put in corn and sour cream. Mix together well. Sprinkle cornbread mix over top and stir all together. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

*Double the recipe and bake in a 13 x 9 pan.
