This morning I wanted something more than just cereal--but I wasn't in the mood for eggs either, so we had a very simple breakfast, Pop Up Rolls and Honey Butter Spread.
I would normally make my own honey butter spread (see below for recipe) but I got this for free a couple of nights ago and decided to try it. It was ok, my home made honey butter is ten times better!
Here is the recipe for the Pop Up Rolls:
1 cup self-rising flour
1 T. Mayo
1/2 cup milk
2 T. sugar
Mix all ingredients well. Pour mixture into well greased or lined muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. These are so easy to make and made with ingredients that you probably already have on hand

Homemade Honey Butter Spread:
Honey
Butter (room temperature)
*Enough to feed whomever is eating. :)
Mix together until creamy.
So simple and better tasting than any store bought that I have ever tasted.
