Yes, You can Freeze Eggs!

Last night, I shared that I had gotten a great deal on my husbands favorite eggs; and one of my readers asked if eggs can be frozen?

So I thought that I would share how my mom taught me to freeze eggs. It is very simple.

*Mix the yolks and egg whites together; then pour into an ice cube tray. Two cubes are the equivalent of one large egg.

    Any tips for just freezing the yolk or just the whites? I end up having them left over after recipes and when I tried freezing yolks they were yick when I defrosted them. Maybe I could still have cooked with them, but I didn't.
