Weight Watcher's Monday~Motivation and Fiber!


Since my last Weight Watchers post, I have survived three of our children having birthdays --(actually survived the brownies!); and not to mention vacation with just my husband.

While on vacation, we did not track, we ate out and somehow I managed to lose 1.8 pounds at this last weigh in!

The weight loss was just what I needed to get my mind back on track, trying to stay focused on the "Big Picture."

At the meeting we talked about how we all need more fiber--it helps up to feel more full among other things!

So we are having a lot of fiber snacks--we had our first one today. I made apple and peanut butter sandwiches. I know that everyone has had apples and peanut butter before, but I have never thought to do them this way.

It is only 3 Points Plus using a tablespoon of peanut butter between two apple slices.
