Weight Watcher's Monday: I gained, and a Easy Yummy Snack


I gained .6 (1/2 pound) last week---grrr! I am actually OK with it, because the previous 2 weeks were awesome weeks.

However I do know what happened, in my case--it's a brain thing, seriously. Because I did really good the last two weeks, I thought I was okay this week and only went to the gym twice! I know weird, but that's how I am.
Strawberry Shortcake--Yes, I said Strawberry shortcake!
Ingredients:
4 Reduced fat Nilla Wafers
2 large strawberries, stems removed and halved
9 grams (1 serving) cool whip free (the ones I ate--I just used a 1/2 teaspoon) the ones in the picture above the kids made with LOTS of Coolwhip!

Divide the cool whip between the Wafers, top with strawberry

2 Points+ for 4 of them!.
