By Tuesday of last week, I had already used my extra 49 points! On Wednesday I went over my points--I knew my rear end was in trouble if I didn't do more at the gym. So on Wed. I walked 3 miles on the tread mill, and walked 5 miles both Thursday and Friday, plus did the weight machines. My legs felt like mush afterwards, but thankfully it paid off. I lost 3.8 pounds this week!
Happy dance happened on the scales, I about knocked over the shlef in front on me--and scared the person beside me that was weighing in (my husband, and he does't scare easliy!). My husband said I hollered---I really only think I squealed!
With today being the 4th of July, we went to the park, played around and grilled. My husband made this (see picture below)!
