I was down 1.2 pounds at my last weigh in. I have lost a total of 15 pounds. Woo-Hoo!
I do not have a recipe for you this week, but I am having a baking day tomorrow--if you want to follow along.
I have tweaked a few of the recipes by using fat free ingredients and whole wheat pasta in a few of the recipes.
