Baking Day: Our results so far!

Well, I didn't like my french toast casserole, but the kids did. So I guess that's OK! While making my brown bag burritos, I realized that I did not buy enough meat to make a double batch nor did I have enough for 3 pans of baked ziti, I was only able to make 1 pan of it.

All I have left are breakfast burritos, and chocolate chip and walnut cookies.

Tator tot casserole is in the oven for dinner tonight---be back a little later with everything we did today.
