
Wow, time flies when you are having fun! It has been a month since my husband and I joined Weight Watchers.
My husband lost 22.8 pounds this first month and I lost 10 pounds, Woo-Hoo!
We had a simple dinner tonight, stir fry and ribs. Before joining WW, I would have never thought that I could eat ribs and be on diet, oops, I mean lifestyle change.
I trimmed the fat off, there wasn't much any ways. I broiled them in the oven and when they were almost done I put BBQ Sauce on both sides. The vegetables were zero points and the ribs were only six points each and that is being generous with the points.
