It's week 3 and my husband is down a total of 15.8 pounds and he has received his 5 pound star each week at the meetings! I am so proud of him!
I lost 1.2 pounds this week and I am down a total of 9.2 pounds.
At our last meeting one of the ladies brought in a key lime pie for every one to try. She also brought the ingredients and asked our leader to figure up the points for the pie. The pie was delicious and the points came to just 3.25 a slice.
Here's the receipe:
Key lime pie
1 box of sugar free lime JELLO , whisk together with 1/4 cup of hot water.
Whisk in 2 Yoplait 'Lite' key lime yogurts.
Whisk in 1 tub of LITE Cool Whip
Whisk all ingredients good.
Pour into a 'lite' Graham Cracker crust.
*We refrigerated ours overnight and had it for Sunday dessert after lunch.
*The points are calculated on the pie being cut into eight slices.
This recipe is inexpensive to make, and very easy!
My husband garnished ours with strawberries--which are free points!
