Walmart Coupon Policy Revised- No More RRs

I think, deep down, we all knew that this would not last long at all.

Here is the revised policy that states they won't accept a competitor coupon for $$ off a specific purchase. They will still accept competitor catalinas for specific items and will give overage, just no RRs. I am just thankful that the policy doesn't leave room for dispute.
