With just that one insert, you will be able to score FREE or CHEAP items like shampoo, deodorant, and who know what else. With last month's insert a lot of us was able to score several bottles of free Tide Stain Release and very cheap Tide detergent.
If you have some wiggle room in your budget, try to buy at least 5 papers or order your inserts from a clipping service. So you can stock up on these items.
