Easy Chicken Dinner

My husband saw me blogging about this meal and he thought that I was preparing it for dinner tonight---I had to disappoint him. We had this earlier in the week and it was so easy to prepare.
All you do is saute' some chicken and onion add some pepper; I served it over cheesy rice (in the picture below) ; but honestly you can eat it with nothing else, over pasta, with a salad---it is so simple and it will go with just about anything! I also shredded some Mozzarella cheese to go over the top of it...YUM!

What easy, frugal meal are you serving up this week? I would love for you to share a recipe!

  1. My favorite thing to cook is chicken tenderloins with onions, paprika, black pepper, black olives, a can of diced tomatoes and add sour cream to the sauce at the end. Serve over rice or mix with bowties or any other kind of pasta.

  2. My grilled pizza recipe is super cheap...homemade pizza dough is a few ingredients you have at home anyway, plus whatever toppings you want, or have on hand...the link for the full recipe is http://3girlmomblog.wordpress.com/?s=grilled+pizza

  3. My easiest meal is to fry hamburger and serve it on homemade buns. The kids call is "Moose Meat" (a play on loose meat I think!)
