Ever wonder what you are going to have for dinner. I have! The kids always ask what's for dinner? I always have an idea, but nothing is ever set in stone. I am changing that TODAY! When I was growing up their was this lady that I used to baby sit for and she had her menu planned for the whole month--all their breakfasts, lunches and dinners, now that is organization in my book.I have been joining in on baking days that last couple of months, with some fellow blogger friends, so I have some side items in the freezer to pull out, but I did not do any main dishes. So this is my plan for this week:
Breakfasts:
Cereal
Baked oatmeal---13x9 will last for 2 mornings
fruit
Grits
Lunches:
-Homemade Mac and Cheese
-Salads - 2 days---my oldest daughter will love this(she is my salad eater)
-Home made chicken noodle soup --YUM! This is simple (chicken stock, shredded carrots (any other veggies that you want) pepper to taste and shredded chicken.
- Cheese and crackers and fruit
Dinners:
Baked chicken with Pea Salad
.
Pronto Pasta Bake with green beans
.
Sandwiches on Wed.
.
Parmesan Chicken Strips with baked potatoes
.
Lasagna with garlic bread and corn
*Well there is my menu for Monday - Friday for this week---now lets see if I stick to it :0
Oh I almost forgot snacks---hmmm---OK here we go:
SNACKS:
Chocolate Gravy with bananas
Smoothies---probably the chocolate one :) third one on the list.
No bake cookies
.
Apples
.

Great menu- I peeked at the Parmesan Chicken Strips, delicious! They would taste great topping a Ceaser salad, or in fetticini alfredo!
ReplyDeleteYummy. Thank you for the great recipe!
