ReplyDelete2 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cucumber, peeled and shredded
2 medium carrots, shredded
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped small
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon dry sherry
Mix shredded vegetables with sea salt in a colander, let stand half and hour. Rinse vegetables in cold water, drain thoroughly. Add chopped green bell pepper. Blend remaining ingredients with a fork, poor over vegetables and mix. Serve chilled.
