From what I can tell it looks to be a National promotion, but in small print the add says at participating McDonald's..... So I would just call ahead to be sure that your local McDonald's is participating!
I have not tried these and my husband is a big fan of Burger King's Mocha Joe's so I cannot recommend these, but I think that I will try them, and besides it free and if by chance I do not like it I have four kids that could finish it for me. :)

Yeah, they're good! McD's was supposedly doing this all summer, but I was told a couple weeks ago that it was discontinued. We'll see if they start it back up here.
