We have all heard by now that when you need to loose weight that you need to eat. Sounds funny, but yet true! So that means snacking is okay as long as we do it the right way. I just received this in my inbox and thought that I would share it with you. Below is a list of snacks that are 100 calories or less. Who knew that dieting could taste so good?
