Warm dip for corn chips:
one stick of butter
8 oz pkg of cream cheese
can of whole kernel corn drained
place in small crockpot and heat

~BBQ APPLE CHICKEN~
Enough chicken breast to feed your family
juice from one lemon
1 apple peeled and grated
1/2 cup bbq sauce
Bacon
**Wrap two pcs. of bacon around each chicken breast---put in crockpot, Mix lemon juice, apple, and bbq sauce together and then pour over chicken. Cook on low for 8 hours....or longer.
TATER TOT CASSEROLE:
1 pkg. Tater Tots
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pound ground beef
1 (8-oz) pkg. shredded cheese
* Brown ground beef and drain. Mix both soups together in a bowl. Put ground beef in a casserole dish, add your soup mixture on top. Layer tater tots on top, then add the cheese. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Corn Casserole:
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 small can chopped green chillies
1 package cream cheese
2 T butter or margarine
2 T Milk
1 dash garlic salt
*Melt cream cheese and butter in microwave( about 1 min) and mix together with milk. Add garlic salt, green chillies and corn. Mix together and pour into a 2 qt casserole dish. Cover with 8 oz cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.....(Thanks, Kathy!)
Green Bean Casserole:
2 cans green beans, drained
1 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can of Durkee french-fried onions
*Layer the green beans, cheese and soup in casserole dish. Repeat layers. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Top with the onions and bake 10 minutes or until onions are browned...(Thanks, Cindy!)
