Strawberry Shortcake made with Nilla Wafers!


Easy recipe--the healthy version is below, but you can use regular ingredients too!

Ingredients:4 Reduced fat Nilla Wafers
2 large strawberries, stems removed and halved
9 grams (1 serving) cool whip free (the ones I ate--I just used a 1/2 teaspoon) the ones in the picture above the kids made with LOTS of Coolwhip!

Divide the cool whip between the Wafers, top with strawberry

If you are doing Weight Watcher's these are only 2 Points+ for 4 of them!.
